Being human is hard! Every single one of us are navigating this life in the best way we know how. Sometimes the strategies that we've used for years are no longer serving us. I work with clients to uncover these outdated ways of being and enter into life with more flexibility, presence, and aliveness. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nurturing relationship where every client can feel free to explore their deepest selves.
I have been trained in many different therapeutic approaches over the years and have a holistic, strengths based approach. I especially enjoy utilizing the power of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) to bring about the lasting transformation that so many of us seek and have not found with traditional talk therapy.
